That is just damn smooth. Apples, pears, tiny bit of melon, grass. Ends with a zip.

Got the bottle half off for $8. I love the Russian river valley something about the soil gives the wine an incredibly earthy taste but it doesn't over power the apple and peach. This wine does have quite a body for a white and could hold up to some meats like pork and chicken.

Very good pinot. Strong tannins to the nose, sweet after taste, balanced throughout.
