Rose on the palate. D-licious!!

Surprisingly tasty. Wet grass on the nose and white peach and cantaloupe on the palette.

What a great surprise from Puglia ! Mineral oxidation, nice balance between fruit and acidity due to the maceration. Starts out with warm apples and fresh melon in the nose and finishes with a nice tight cactus bitterness.
