Taste is silky, slight sweet, ripe grapes, a bit zest, vanilla, a bit peppery, oak, almost no tannins, tasty and soft. Aftertaste shows some more oak and warmth. A good one.

Over-oaked, 15.5 ABV, immature, loud and boisterous. Candied fruit. Thank God I had this with pepperoni pizza with red pepper on top.
There are much better Zin options out there.

Initially sweet and fruity with tastes of plum and cherry. Spicy, smooth, velvety, and mildly dry finish. Exceptional alcohol content. Enjoyable, layered old vine Zin that would complement a variety of meals.
