Partially concrete egg fermented with 9 days skin contact. Subtle nose that is not strongly Sauvignon blanc. No clear terpenes. Melon, white flowers, herbs. Very floral on the palate with more melon and golden delicious apple, a little bitter tinge to the finish, as well as some sweet Rosemary notes. Really Great texture and juicy with medium acidity. Really interesting and also just delicious
