Mad legit, gorgeous nose, pure, nuanced spine with plenty of juice and downright pinot yumminess. Crisp morello cherry, pomegranate, cranberries, blood orange, ferns, earth, Ceylon cinnamon, sandalwood, raspberry leaf, sweet herbs, ground volcanic rocks. Gorgeous floral backdrop to the wine. Structurally its nuanced, plenty of definition and focus with this juicy mid-palate, nice length and silky tannins, bright acid drives the wine. Stoked on this 🔥

Sweet. Extremely light in colour. Might be too light in taste on its own, however with food you start tasting other notes. Great with gnocchis and lobster, and sweetbread.
