Quite a classic and regal Chinon with spot-on aromatics and highly mineral-driven texture, giving the sensation of picking wild berries covered in dust and rock particles. Nice balance of vegetal/herbal and the earth/mineral components. 100% organically farmed 50-year old vines from one of the great parcels on the left bank. Very affordable to boot.
