Nov 2nd, 2022Medium ruby hue. Aromas of cherry, coffee, earthy, rose, rubber, and sage. Medium-plus body, full tannins, and medium-plus acidity. Lengthy finish. Excellent for food pairings. 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 15% other varietals.
