Esteban La Combe Pilate Brut Nature Viognier

The aroma of toast is very powerful upon popping the cork. I was worried it may be too brutish but the taste is very pleasant. The sparkling drop is tangy at first but leaves a freshness lingering in the palate. Throughly recommended.
