Old Wente Chardonnay

Lemon meringue and cream, mandarins, green apple and pear, marzipan, ripe banana, green tropicals medium acidity, this will be really good in 3-5.

Green apple, yellow apple, yellow pear, orange blossom, lemon brûlée meringue, vanilla, slight stem inclusion bitterness.

Bought out of nostalgia for when we loved this and respect for the went clone. Didn’t really measure up especially not to other options. Had an oddly sweet finish. May be the year but has lost its oak and other appealing qualities. They’re not making it any more so ok to let this go.

Excellent. More old world and heavier. Rich.

Well done chard with great balance of citrus and stone fruit, laced with minerality, and capped off with a hit of juicy acidity....

First wine as a father. Very nice one. Rich and buttery, nice nose of green apple, and lemon curd

Lush, balanced Chardonnay. Not overly oaked. Wow.

Classic tasting Chardonnay. Oaky. And very bright and drinkable.
