Best wine to date from the natural wine purveyors at Fishtown Social. Light light pink rosé of Pinot Noir(/Nero since it’s northern Italia). Delightful floral and mineral notes, at 11% abv you could drink it all day and I definitely wish I had another bottle right now.

Ramato AF, apricots then leesy depth, very a approachable. Loving this with the mortadella that I had on hand. L di Sorbara fans will like this. Really unbelievable enjoy able without being one - dimensional.

100% Pinot Grigio given time on its skins to create a beautiful pale peach hue. Peach blossom on the nose, with soft Meyer lemon and pleasant minerality on the palate. Delightfully effervescent. A well made wine, perfect for summer.
