Cabernet Sauvignon

This tastes like root beer at first. Carbonated and sweet. Then a half hour later it really opened up. I really liked it at that point.

Let this one breathe. NO REALLY! Decant, go do your grocery shopping then come home and drink. Right out of the bottle this is very carbonated. Give it an hour and you will be rewarded with a smooth, well balanced red.
