Usually not a huge Sangiovese fan, but this drinks very well right now. Just the right balance of tartness and fruit forward. Great QPR

Super drinkable, smooth, sweet but not overly sweet. Had with Luke with vegetarian bolognese during quarantine

Lots of fruit. The nose was strawberry. Fresh cherry in the palate. Should have let it sit a little longer. I will agree it tastes better at the winery.

Medium color. Light bouquet, slightly sweet. Thin legs. Bigger flavor then expected, rich with pepper and oak. Slightly tannic finish.

I bought this at their tasting room during a recent trip to California. It is smooth with some tanins, hints of berries, chocolate, a bit of terrorir but not much. I remember it being better at the tasting room but I was tasting a lot that day...

Says Sangiovese but drinks like a cab. And why not, Dariousch is across the Silverado trail and stags leap district is just up the road. Cherry cola, strawberry and new French oak. It’s a cab masked as a Sangiovese. Note to vineyard, might want to consider ripping out the Sangiovese vines and put in king cab. My last Sangiovese from Napa.
