Starting to see some sediment and tannins began to settle down. Typical cassis, plum, and blackberry fruit. However, clean, concise, and pure. 2-years of French oak treatment gives it complexity and in no way overbearing. I love South Australia’s herbal characteristics of spearmint and sage. This also shows delicious chocolate on the finish. Surprisingly, acidity stays vibrant and tingly.
