Oily smooth. HUGE musty oak on the nose, black cherry, juicy residual sugar fruit on the palate. Every sip is different--this is fantastically complex and layered. Violet, icing, canned black cherries, buttery, caramel... This is a PERFECT sipping wine. I'm a fan.
