I seem to gravitate toward the Portuguese natty wines and I really like this winemaker. This one is tart and funky. Smells of funk and green bananas. Tastes of citrus pith, yeast and a pinch of salt.

Grapefruit juice color. Cola, orange juice, apricots, mango skins, maraschino cherries.
Woah. Zip, zing, hear the wind sing.
The sweetness of a grapefruit, the zing of citrus fruit, and the green quality of mint.
Bubbles are just right. A little decanting made it a more pleasurable drinking experience, though.
