Light easy drink. Not that sweet. Peary and citrusy. Crisp fpr a Sauvignon blanc. Can repeat.

Hilton bankside exec lounge not as dry and crisp as other sauvignons

This is second time following 2016. A bit herb derived aroma, then citrus hint. Crispy taste for first sip. For 2nd, herb or flavor from stem is getting a bit stronger. But third sip gave me real taste which means fruity aroma with fresh taste. This fruity aroma should be thanks to the Riedel specialized glass for Sauvignon blanc. @150/187, Jason-TH, 170827-170909

I also felt grassy aroma and taste from this wine. But, I don't know all of wine from Sauvignon Blanc has same flavor, until I read the book written by Jancis Robinson. In that sense, this would be quite reasonable. Preference is depending on each person. @399, TQ, 170115-170201
