Primo Rosso Veneto Corvina Blend

Fruity and sweet ob the nose with prunes and raisins. Light body, slightly sour with citrus and sour raspberries. A decent wine to match with vegetables, cheese and smoked ham. The cheese brought clear honey notes to the flavor profile.
