Wow. What a great Pinot. My new favorite. Packed with flavor and a bit bolder than its peers but with a characteristic smooth Pinot finish. Pairs well with standard Pinot pairings but holds its own with bigger meals like grilled red meat. I would say that it could hold up to some meals that would typically be paired with a Zin or Shiraz.
