2009 Estate Vineyards cabernet sauvignon from Lucas & Lewellen got for a steal at $15.
Major hallmarks of cab sauv with a dark ruby core and a ruby rim, bright red fruit on the nose along with sweet oak and sweet vegetal notes. The palate has more blueberry fruit than I was expecting, but still quite a bit of tannins and for an 8 year old wine it might be able to go for another 8 years. Fantastic value.

Nice, not as heavy as some cabs. Pleasant red and black fruit prominence with a good finish. This is a 2014 vintage.
