A lovely little 375 mL bottle gifted ‘just because’ by my dear friend Terry. Upon opening, the wine is very tight, so we allowed it to breath for an hour, and it began to develop on our glasses. Vegetal sour cherries and wet musty earthy forest floor with dried pine. Plenty of zippy acid across the mid and back palate. So cool to have the privilege of sharing this 16 year old wine.
