The wine through out the bottle changes so much. Has a nice spicy after taste with citrus, it pair better with beef tongue than salmon. Visiting newly opened Soca in Sherman Oaks and the 2012 bottle costs $68.00

Very nice. Herbal element (almost minty) on midpalate. Kind of astringent, but calmed down after a few hrs.
