Nice pair with Allen Brothers Creme Brûlée.

Leans into oxidative...bruised apple/cider/Bosc Pear, Lemon meringue pie, lime candy, overripe, white stone fruits, pineapple juice, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, grey volcanics, saline, sea spray/fossils, white spice, bread dough to baguette crust, gritty chalkiness, amazing lively, sharp acidity with golden lilies and spring florals. The finish is, rich, well balanced that falls onto white spice & volcanic minerality.

This blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay comes exclusively from the Brochet families estate in the premier cru of Ecuiel on the mountain of Reims. It is dosed at just five grams per liter and sees 10% barrel fermentation.
