Bright rose gold with moderately quickly dissipating mousse and fine bubbles (meaning it’s properly chilled 🙂). Royal Anne cherries on the nose, confirmed on the medium full palate with toasted brioche. Bright, mouthwatering acidity reigns in the mouth, and the finish is long and bready. A Burgundian blanc de noirs that I’d put up against similar Champagnes any day, but without the Champagne price. Equally at home in a celebratory toast or accompanying an oceanic meal. I’m enjoying with grilled salmon. What will *you* choose?

Nice value from Burgundy! Fine bubbles with a light mousse. Aromas of fresh berry fruit with spice scents. On the palate ripe berry and cherry fruit come forth with underlying sweetness. The finish shows balanced acidity and structure ending with fruit flavors about medium in length. Excellent value. Tasting Sample.

Exquisite! All black grapes being this is a blanc de noir, mostly Pinot Noir, but a bit of Gamay. Citrus and cherry on the nose. Getting into the experience, very effervescen, with notes of strawberry jam, and fresh English muffin undertone, with a ruby grapefruit sprinkled in sugar finale. Smells great, feels great, tastes great. Between this and their Rosé crémant, it's hard to decide which is best. An invigorating aperitif or dessert style sparkling wine that would pair well with a fruit topped custard!

Very nice Champagne alternative. Not as toasty or nutty, but certainly more evocative of Champagne than other country's sparkling wines. Quite fruity with green apples and slight tart pear. Good QPR.

Awesome! Good looking rose gold color with a nose of cherry with a bit of citrus to it with a hint of honeysuckle. The pallet is a nice cherry with maybe some peach. Medium toast on the finish. Good fizz. Dry. Great after supper!
