Les Rouchaux Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

Damn good Gamay. Structure is beautiful after 6 years. Could drink a few bottles of this.

Blue, black fruits. Savory, almost medicinal concentration. Closed on the palate, even after five days, but dense and promising. Saline, mouthwatering finish.
