Gorgeous textbook Riesling nose, solid on the palate but not quiiiiiite as balanced as I'd have hoped. Still, an overall pleasing expression of the varietal that shows Elgin's cool climate strengths in South Africa.

Smells alright, doesn’t taste like a Riesling, strong booze aftertaste. I wouldn’t bring this to a party and it’s not my favorite white. Don’t buy again.
