Saw a 2010 and thought it was probably at its plateau.. I'd say that is accurate, and not a bad thing. Very golden in color, with loads of butter and vanilla, nutmeg, honeysuckle, baked apples, apricot, and a lingering nutmeg to the finish. Lovely and another year would be wasted.
