Had the bubbly version (“carbonated white wine”), 2018 vintage. A surprising success: exactly the lift that a super creamy sauv needs. Long finish, versatile, with citrusy notes, this made a great supper and also pairing with spicy, veg-forward foods. Would hold its own with grilled meats in summer. $14.99 at Commodities.
