Not much else I can say other than this is one of the silkiest wines I've drank this year. Like bu-ddah! From mag @Pignetti's Restaurant.

I can understand RP's 100 points. On the palate it's perfect, but there's a hint of raisins on the nose, leading me to think that it's lifespan is limited. That said, it's awesome!

Dark fruit on the nose has a style you get from an open top fermenter without the fruit flies. Poached black plums, ripe and rich black plums, dark cherries, stewed strawberries, sweet minerals and earth, suede leather, black licorice, violets, fresh roses. Everything about this wine is how you want a well made cabinet. It was profound the moment it entered my mouth. It's perfect acidity, balance of fruit & earth, structure, tension and amazing length. Loved this 07!!!

Black raspberries chocolate cake with violets on the nose. M+ tannins and acid. Rich, lush, thick, creamy; blackberries, dark cherries, black raspberries, baked black plum, dark chocolate, vanilla, sweet spice, salted caramel, anise licorice, violets, dry florals, grainy dark volcanic minerals, black coffee, black tea, acidity is excellent as is the structure, balance, length and rich long finish.

2009 Lokoya some say laid back! No I think this needed a few years to mature. Some not all are fruit bombs. This with time is graceful with soft tannin, bright fruit including plum and deep black fruits. Great opening red at #Capitalgrille in Cherry Hill! Bravo! Sharon our wine sommelier. ! Ingive this a solid 94+. A must try! #Lokoya

Nice little surprise when we got home. Dark ruby with garnet edges. Some greenery, red berries and a little bit of marmite on the nose. Attack of red cherries on the palate, definitely seems to be French in style with a dry finish. Beautiful moderate tannins (6/10) literally melted in our mouths. Full bodied with a great backbone and structure. Super long finish that seemed like it would not disappear. Drink till 2030.

Ten years makes all the difference. Cedar licorice dense and silk. This wine is big texture. One of the best my verses
