Brought as a gift by a guest to our house and to be honest not a genre I bother with much these days. However it is good to get reacquainted with young Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Oodles of refreshing passion fruit and gooseberry flavours wash over the palate. Not difficult to see why the Kiwi “Sauvalanche” continues unabated.

This is a lovely Marlborough sav, great with fish! Quite sweet and nutty after the meal flavours change a lot. Great sav!
