Lithe, pretty youthful Cab. More Venezia Giulia than Cab. Which is a good thing. Would be great with Korean BBQ I think. Grazie @George Tita !

Lovely light cab - all the barn and baking spices you would want without the enormous fruit that comes with the new world. Could be served in place of beaujolais without anyone complaining.
