Are you a music lover? And a wine lover? Then you have to check out the Liquid Rock’n’Roll wine range which has some serious personality! I picked this bottle for the latest #thetcwineclub box and it was a hit!

The 2017 ‘White Noise’ is a blend of Gewürztraminer and Riesling from the King Valley in Victoria. It was calling out to be teamed with a dish that has a bit of spice, so I made my 10-hour slow cooked pulled pork which has a chilli, brown sugar, cumin and cinnamon rub on it 👌

It’s a refreshing lemon colour on the eye with spiced sweet fruit, florals and candied citrus on the nose. In the mouth it has that element of sweetness that went so well with our spicy pulled pork. It’s juicy and fresh with wonderful hints of banana passionfruit and pineapple. Definitely a go-to wine for matching with spicy dishes.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine
