Love me some Valdiguie. Wish it was more readily available. This one clocked in at 11.3% abv make it beyond versatile. Bit pricey at ~$28 but sure wish I was drinking this more often.

Bright pale ruby. Rose petal, sour cherry, rhubarb, kirsch, banana, blueberry pie, pomegranate sauce. Very fresh though! Totally crushable. Med+ acidity, med rough tannins, medium body. 60 year old vines head trained and dry farmed on red clay soils with fist sized rocks. (Among the oldest Sauv Blanc vines in the states of 80 years old ) Certified organic farmed by husband wife team Ethan and Denise Poulos.
