Really impressed with how well this is performing after 13 years. Definitely on the downslope just based on the degree to which the tannic backbone has softened up, this still has plenty of fruit, enough acidity if you keep it at cellar temp, and a silky finish. I wouldn’t recommend holding on to this one too much longer...but it’s a nice wine for a cool fall evening in Michigan!
