A gentle giant. Chocolate aromas overlay dark fruits that breathe to red. Oak, alcohol, acidity are all in balance; tannins tame. Deceptively simple- this Cabernet shows excellent typicity and is not like those other naughty, over-extracted, -macerated Napa wines!
