First thought after pouring it and smelling it, asparagus in the morning. Bitter or sour taste. Sour green apple taste I suppose.

So, if you have a large gathering of people you have to entertain (wedding, funeral, holiday, work event, etc.) and you are not in love with these people, I would serve this wine. It is fresh and crisp with a slight citrus bite. It's not to die for, but at $4 a bottle in Kroger you can't go wrong.
