Medium to full bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, earth, leather, green vegetables, herbs, chocolates, smoke and black pepper.
Nice finish with soft tannins and raspberries.
This Australian Cabernet is simple and easy drinking, with a soft mouthfeel, and almost balanced.
Good food wine and also just by itself. Good right out of the bottle and nice for parties. Non offensive. A Good bulk wine.
