It wasn't just the wine I fell in love with, it was the winery too. This was my first stop in Prince Edward County, and easily one of the best. These guys make their own cheese and formulate each one for the specific wines they produce with their estate fruit. This Riesling is subtle. It's off dry and has nice notes of apples and pears. I loved it, and this is by no means my cup of tea. Can't wait to go back.
