If you told me a couple months ago that I would be giddy with excitement over getting to taste a Riesling from Mesa County, Colorado I would have said you were crazy. And then I met @Kathleen Ward. Her yet to be released 2017 Libelle Riesling from Grand Valley AVA is downright delicious. Lime blossom, citrus zest, and wet stone, with some mint oil that dances around the edges. It’s ultra-refreshing, but with just the right amount of saltiness that keeps you coming back for more. I would happily wait in line to buy this.
