This wine was quite a bit more acidic than the last one. The nose was a lot of sharp lemon. The front was very acidic, with a lot of lemon rind and lemon tart. Finished with a little bit of grit, but overall quite honestly this one just didn't seem to have the complexity. Didn't actually enjoy this bottle as much as the last one, but this one has also been sitting another six months or so. Just seemed to be quite a bit disjointed, and had just about as much structure and focus as a 3-year old in the middle of a world history lesson.

Apple, Tart. Buttery after taste. Good enough for Texas!
