A good Napa Cab. Not heavy in the tannins but very drinkable. A light red fruit taste, a hint of mint and good length. Great with pizza.

Tonight we are trying an exceptional wine from the Oak Knoll District in Nappa Valley. This is a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Sweetwater Ranch Vineyard. This is Levendi 2009
Cabernet Sauvignon. The cork has a perfect absorption ring, the smallest Ive ever seen. It is opaque in color. The legs last a lifetime - well 15 sec on average as it melts down the side of the glass. The boquet is rasberry. The initial palate is black currant and blueberries. The finish is that of dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla. It leaves a buttery finish! It tantelizes the back of the throat and dazzles the tip of the tongue. This is another perfect cab! A must have!!!!!!!!
