Poivre et Sel Pineau d'Aunis Gamay

The name is on the nose! Salt and pepper for days 😍

Bright, crunchy and full of black peppercorns and raspberry and tingly acidity. Some might find this a touch too angular, but with a light chill on a hot day alongside a crusty steak, this pretty much nails it.

Very fresh and a bit young

Fruity and pleasant. Enjoying it with a steak and mandarin salad.

Smells like a basketball or new can of tennis balls, tastes like black cherries and underripe plum skins

Plums, spices, crushed rocks. Good acid and tannins on the finish.

One of my absolute favorites. This wine is mega rad.
