The weirdest wine I have ever had. Drink it coldish. Vinegar on the nose and grassy, mineral and herbal in the initial taste. It lightens up and become more fruity and flavorful after a few minutes.

Funky and effervescent. Lots of mineralogy. Unique. Although not one of my faves, I can def imagine it going great with thanksgiving turkey dinner and will plan to drink it again in November :)
