Aug 1st, 2023Enjoyed with JRC with a dinner of clams, chorizo and potatoes. Green apple and pineapple on the nose, more tropical fruit along with some salinity with light to mid body on the palate, lingering with signature cutting acidity. A fresh delight! Picpoul!

Nice but not very interesting. Low acidity. Good for a hot day but wouldn't spend too much on it. Needs to be cold.

Good picpoul. Britney, lemons, minerals, pretty good depth of flavor.

Pineapple and cotton candy on the nose. The palate is dry with unripe pineapple and tangerine flavors and prickling acidity in the finish.

Dec 19th, 2019Bought to cook with and of course drink the rest. About $12 and a great value. The seafood pasta came out great. Paired well with the mussels and shrimp. Nice and crisp. Enjoyed it very much.
