Rustic earth, fungus, and manure. As it opened up nice dark chocolate shavings and coffee beans.
Paired nicely with tenderloin topped with foie gras & truffles. Ripe red fruits, leather, spice, yet light on its feet and approachable.

Needs at least 15 minutes after opening to become truly enjoyable. Still slightly disappointed given its fame.
