Vintage 2020 Les quelles de la coste - cuvée carmenere | very dark colour. In smell blackberries and black cherries, initially gloomy but after half an hour in the glass it is joyous and expressive. Friendly taste with good concentration and a velvety structure. We paired it with one of our home favorites, Cantonese beef with mango, and this went well above expectations. Well made Vaucluse wine that gives immediate pleasure.
