Brought to us by the kindly promoter of Musilac festival in Aix Les Bains, about 20 clicks from the Chartreuse monastery. And those monks have some time on their hands; it ain't no thing for them to shut some of this stuff away for 40 years and then be like, oh I wonder how that worked out? Well let me tell you it's sweet, then smooth, then bitter, and when you've had a sip the only thing you're thinking about is taking the next sip. Revelatory.
