"If anybody orders a fucking Merlot..." Since age twenty I've disliked Merlot. Like this, the earthy, grassy tasty is not my preference. Though with air and amount (!) it grows to fruit, cherry. A little. There is a nice spice - is it ginger cracker?! Surprisingly non-bad.
