This wine will raise a few eyebrows. Truth be told, I don’t usually care for Petit Chablis as many of them are austere without much flavor. But lately, I’m discovering a few that are different - better fruit, better winemaking. This is one of those. Fuller bodied with prominent green apple and white fruit. Cutting acidity, but not steely or austere. Really good - I could drink this every day! 2018 vintage on Aug 6, 2019
