Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend

getting better... deep ruby red color.. earthy nose, full bodied on the entry with a smooth finish

I know it’s a little early to be drinking this one, but I couldn’t help myself and had to try it. Very savory with good chewy, leather and smoked meat flavors. Concentrated but not overwhelming fruit and a little low on the structure side but delicious nonetheless. 

had a half bottle. good taste and finish

Notes of cherry, plum and raspberry with cedar underpinning. Slight graphite minerality.

Loving this paired with sharp cheese.
