Estate Gardemiel Vineyard Malbec

Good aroma making me feel oak flavor and balanced taste. Quite good just from initial shot. @580,Winona161008-161116

Hoppers; $15. Drank 2/16. Nose: black fruit; mulberry? Chalk, hint of vanilla. Taste: soft initially but grows in intensity. Medium, firm tannins - lingers. Taste of oak, concludes with spice. Medium body.

Need to buy this again. An awesome French Malbec! Yay!

Soft dark fruit aroma. Delicate berry taste on the side of the tongue after tasting. Fades to a quick finish. Softens after decanting.

2013. Closed off nose, jammy, acidic. Interesting mouth feel but that's typical for the varietal. Nothing special.

Good red from France with a little aftertaste and average mouthfeel.
